Now I will be singing it all day. lol actually the song's by System Of A Down and its called Lonely Day. but good guess.

That was a great post. I am pleasantly surprised by Tahiri's response when she saw the real Jacen. It finally gives me hope for her. I still don't understand why Caedus would want Alema and Tahiri to know that he is not the real Jacen Solo. I guess it doesn't matter if Alema knows because she just wants to hurt Leia as much as possible. Tahiri on the other had only trusted Caedus at the beginning of his fall because she thought he was Jacen. It seems counterproductive to let her know now. I guess all evil geniuses make a mistake at some point. Or maybe I'm reading too much into her shock, just gonna have to wait and find out.
Jacen is funny in this post. He is being help prisoner by someone who has been destroying the galaxy for several years, and only recently was trying to murder him. At the same time he is just being bored and singing to himself. Kind of strange, but thats what happens when he has complete faith in his sister.
I think the song is by System of a Down, no idea what it is called though....

oh Tahiri's response to the real Jacen has only had yet to begin  oh yes theres hope for her, hopefully Jacen will help screw her head back on right
ah Caedus is just to stupid to realize telling them is probaly a huge mistake but he does have his reasons 
yeah I was wondering how you all would take having a little funny side of jacen appear. He's still mad at Caedus, but he knows when to wait for his chance. Then BOOM! Caedus is in for it lol I thought it was a little strange too, but I felt like having a little fun with it

well sorry to say, but that poor girl Allana is the daughter of Caedus . I don't think TK will like it either, but she's going to have to hear it anyway but i'm sure Jacen will take good care of them

Part 29
As soon as she was out of the room, her senses finally caught up with her body and she jerked her arm out of the guards grasp and quickly stalked after ‘Jacen’.
He wasn’t too far ahead and with her quick pace she soon breezed past a bewildered Alema and made pace beside ‘Jacen’.
“What’s going on?” she ordered as he face displayed emotions of confusion and surprisingly some fury.
He looked sideways at her, “ready to actually listen this time?”
She glared back at him, “This doesn’t make any sense”. She looked at his yellow eyes and she frowned. “You’re a clone?”
He nodded, “I thought I had already established that. Hence why we went to visit Jacen”.
Despite herself she rolled her eyes. “So…if he’s the real Jacen…wait a minute!” she shouted as she whipped around to stare at him, “then if you’re not him, then where’s he been in all this?” she asked as a million things raced through her mind. “What did you do?” she asked with murder in her voice and eyes.
Caedus smiled. Now they were finally getting somewhere. “Keep your voice down, I’ll tell you when we get to my office”.
Tahiri’s eye’s narrowed, but she obeyed and hurried to his office.
Caedus made his way behind his desk and sat in his chair staring at the two bewildered women in front of him. He smiled. “Now do you believe me?”
Alema’s face was unreadable, but Tahiri’s wasn’t as her face and voice exploded with emotion. “What did you do? Why is Jacen tied up? Why is he even here? Where has he been?” She asked the questions with a millions more racing through her brain, but then she paused as she suddenly had a new one hit her. One that she should have asked first. “Wait a minute, if that’s Jacen...” she looked even more intensely as she continued, “then who the hell are you!?”
Caedus fought the urge to drop his head into his hands. “I think I’ve already told you the answer to that a couple times now”. He said stating the obvious.
Tahiri glared at him even deeper now, but inside she was having a duh moment. But was he really a clone? Was that even possible? She wanted to doubt it, but seeing two of them right in front of her kind of forced her not to. She pouted, why did the darn galaxy always have to be so confusing? “Fine whatever, so you have. Now answer the other ones, before I have a meltdown of a couple more thousand questions headed your way again.” She warned.
Caedus looked steadily at her. “I’ll have you know Tahiri, that I don’t take to threats easily”.
Tahiri met the stare, “well then you’ll just have to deal with it anyway”.
Caedus eyes narrowed, “You’re messing with the wrong person Tahiri”. He warned back.
She just rolled her eyes at him. If he thought he could scare her, then he had another thing coming. “Maybe, but I doubt it. Now are you going to answer those questions or have me hanging here all day? And trust me, I could make it interesting. Before the end of the day, I think I could have used every word in the dictionary.” She said with an evil grin on her face.
Caedus looked at her in disgust, “I don’t think there will be a need for that. Now what was the first question again?”
Tahiri smiled in victory, “Yeah I thought so. Now to my first question….What did you do?”
Caedus raised an eyebrow, “huh?”
Tahiri gave him an annoyed look, “What did you do to Jacen? Where’s he been?” she asked with accusation. It felt weird to ask about Jacen when it looked like he was right in front of her. Especially since this was the person she had know as ‘Jacen’ for months now…or was it years…? How long had it actually been switched?
Caedus answered that question though. “I didn’t do anything to him. He stayed on his Force Journey for long enough on his own. If anybody did anything to him, it was Lumiya. She rigged his ship to come out of hyperspace if he neared anywhere close to here. But obviously, that didn’t work to well.”
“So you’ve been an imposter since the joiner days?” she asked with a weird outline in her voice.
“Yes”, he answered thoughtfully. Tahiri was proving to be a very interesting one to be having this talk with. She was by far the smartest one so far that he had shared this information with. And she wasn’t even afraid to speak her mind out of fear of him. Interesting…
Tahiri narrowed her eyes at him like she could read his thoughts. But she didn’t comment on it and asked her next question. “Why is he tied up? Worried your original might be mad about the cloning process and come after you?” She asked sarcastically.
Caedus rolled his eyes. “He’s mad about far more than that, I can assure you. And for your information, he already did come after me. Hence why he’s locked up now”. He answered matter of factly.
Tahiri was taken aback a little at that answer. “He came after you? How did you ever survive?”
Caedus glared at her again. “Quite easily thank you.” He lied. “Next question?”
Tahiri looked at him steadily, “nah, I want to hear more about this”.
Caedus looked her in utmost annoyances. “Ah, no you don’t”.
“Oh yes I do”.
“No you don’t”.
Tahiri graced him again with one of her evil grins. “Yes, I do”.
“No you don’t, unless you would like a force punch to go along with it”. He warned. “We had a fight, and I won. End of story. Next question”.
Tahiri glared at him, but finally decided to give it up and wait. Some way or another she would someday get it out of him. So for the time being she just decided to go on with her next question. “So where exactly has the real Jacen been all this time? I have a hard time believing he’s just been in the dark all this time. Surely he’s seen you on the holonews at some point in these past few years.”
Caedus shrugged, “your guess is as good as mine. I’m guessing though that sense he was on a force journey. He went to a lot of back water under developed planets that some of those other hidden force users seem to prefer.”
Tahiri sighed, but figured that was probably true and went on with the next question. “So since you brought up Lumiya’s name, I’m guessing she’s a part of this?”
Caedus mentally kicked himself, why had he brought up Lumiya? Now was not the time to reveal himself. At least not to her. She wasn’t ready yet, he didn’t know if she was completely loyal yet. And this was information that was not to be shared. He was already taking a chance telling her about Jacen. He sighed but figured there wasn’t anything he could do about it now and went on. “Sort of”, he lied.
Tahiri raised an eyebrow. “Sort of?”
Caedus cursed under his breath, this girl was far too curious for her own good. “Yes Sort of. Now if you’re a good girl I might tell you the rest of the story. But for now, I think it’s about time you two should get started on your new assignment”.
Tahiri gritted her teeth, then slumped back into a seat behind her. “Fine, but I do want more answers later.” She warned.
Caedus mentally groaned, but didn’t let it show as he stood up and pointed to the door while handing them a datachip in the other hand. “All the information you need to know about the layout of the ship and other things are on this chip. Read it through and remember…no one else is to find out about this.” He said looking at them very sternly. “I mean it girls. No one is to find out about Jacen. No guards, no GAG’s, no cooks or anyone else! And on this mission you don’t answer to anyone but me. Understood?”
Tahiri narrowed her eyes but nodded, and Alema nodded as well.
Caedus smiled then showed them out.
Tahiri growled as soon as the door closed behind them. “I can’t believe this. All this time I thought he was Anakin’s brother Jacen. I trusted him! Now I come to find out that he’s nothing of the such”.
Alema shrugged, “well he kind of is, he’s Jacen’s clone. Which means, that he is still Jacen Solo in a way”.
Tahiri shook her head at that. “No. It’s not the same at all”. She said turning slightly to look into Alema’s eyes. “I’m going to figure this out. I don’t like being tricked and that...” she said pointing back at the room they had just left, “fraud is about to find out just how I take to being tricked.”
Alema gave her a weird look, “are you sure that’s a good idea?”
“Yes”. Tahiri answered simply, as she started walking faster and Alema almost had to run to keep up.
Alema shook her head at the weird girl. But surprisingly she was really starting to like the girl. She had a feeling though, that she was going to get her into a lot of trouble with Tahiri leading. But that was fine with her. She loved trouble, as long as Leia and the Solo’s came out on the worse end though of course. This was going to be fun.

“No I’m flying!”
“No way, I’m flying!”
Zekk shook his head at the scene in front of him. It was a Jaina vs. Jag fight to see who would be flying the ship when they finally caught the Anakin Solo. So far Jaina was winning through brunt force as she force slapped Jag onto the floor as she grabbed the pilot’s seat. But so far Jag was winning on the logical argument side as he tried to speak the foreign language of common sense.
“Jaina, think about it. If I’m flying, then you could be standing by at the ramp and use the force to jump out and take down the guards with that shiny lightsaber of yours.” Jag said in a very calm voice that was the complete opposite of hers.
Jaina’s face and voice were a mix of colors, ranging from enraged red to a voice as cold as ice blue. “But I’m the better pilot. And I’ll be able to see traps before you ever would”.
Jag’s eyes narrowed ever so slightly, “I wouldn’t say you’re the better pilot. And what traps? The only ones there will be is a quickly closing door that I can fly though just as well as you could”.
Jaina’s eyes burned, “you never know. What if they start to shoot lasers at us or something?”
Jag folded his arms across his chest, “That doesn’t make any sense Jaina. If they shoot, then I’ll dodge. Easy as that.”
Jaina huffed, but before she could carry on with her rant, Zekk finally decided he had heard enough and quietly sneaked out of the cockpit.
They didn’t catch him either, and he was glad for that. If Jag had caught sight of him, he probably would have dragged him into the conversion to help talk some sense into Jaina. Which Zekk knew he wouldn’t be able to accomplish when she was still in such a foul mood about Caedus taking her brother.
Then on the other hand, if Jaina had caught him, she probably would have tried to get him to back her up by using the force or something.
Either way, he would have been the one to land in a lose lose situation. And he didn’t feel like ever going through that again. He still had bruises from the last time.
He sighed, for those two to know each other so well. They did a very bad job of having arguments. If he had been Jag, he would have just kept his mouth closed until Jaina had calmed down a bit. That usually worked for him, gave Jaina a little time to come back to her senses and made for a much better discussion later.
As for Jaina though, if he was her, then he probably would made a joke or something to lighten Mr. Cardboard up a little so that hopefully he would try to listen better to her feelings, instead of just being a block of rocks.
But of course they were just too stubborn to fall into such a routine of that. And Zekk got a distant feeling that they actually kind of enjoyed having these kinds of arguments. He couldn’t figure out why in the galaxy they would like such a sport. But he kind of figured that he never would understand those two. They got more complicated every year.
In the last couple days, Jaina had told them the whole story of what had happened in the past couple weeks or so. And although they had been shocked, they both had tried their hardest to understand it.
All three of them were still flabbergasted at how Caedus could have tricked everyone though. And they all wondered who is the galaxy he was then? All the talking and trying to figure out these questions had taken a toll on Jaina though. She was worried more than ever now about Jacen and why she couldn’t sense him through their twin bond. They had tried to comfort her, but she hadn’t taken to that well and had spent a good deal of this trip already locked away in her cabin.
Zekk was thrown out of his thoughts though when Jaina all of a sudden stormed out of the cockpit, breezing past him without a second look. “So who’s flying?” He asked her retreating figure.
“Jag is”. She yelled back and Zekk could hear her stomp all the way down the hall, then heard a door slam and knew she had locked herself away again.
He looked up again when Jag then entered the room. He had an exasperated look on his face, and Zekk almost felt bad for him. Almost. “So what happened?” he asked when Jag didn’t say anything after he had come and sat down beside him. “How did you ever talk her into letting you fly?”
Jag just shrugged and Zekk figured that after an argument with Jaina, that his voice just didn’t have enough strength to talk anymore. Despite himself, Zekk smiled and laughed to himself. This was going to be a long flight.

I kept waiting for Tahiri to either break out a can on Mr. Imposter or go free Jacen. I would not want to mess with her.

It seems all may not be lost with Tahiri, especially since she now feels like she's been deceived into the wrong side. I don't know that she should really be confiding much in Alema, though.
Jacen is a hoot, singing to himself to pass the time, and still attempting his bad jokes.
Jaina and Jag are arguing again, and seem to enjoy it? Hmm... where have I seen such behavior before.
Your new method of posting seems to have done the trick. I think all those squiggles just kept the page going on and on.
I'll be busy with Passover over the next week or so, I'll try to read and review when I can. Otherwise, I'll probably have a ton of catch up to do at the end!

Zekk has more brains than I ever gave him credit for, of course most people would just avoid being in a position where they had to sneak away from a Jaina vs. Jag argument. I think he is definitely correct about arguing being a favorite pastime for Jaina and Jag, that is all they ever do! Their little commando raid on the Anakin Solo should be interesting, now I just want to know whose side Tahiri will end up on when it inevitably winds down to Jedi vs. Jedi on board the ship.
Speaking of Tahiri, I am glad that you are writing her more like the old Tahiri. The one before the Vong war who could talk and talk and talk, I missed her. Just hope she ends up on the right side.
