This is some truly amazing stuff!  I really love this crazy story you're weaving.  Lots of familiar faces. I'm definitely interested in seeing Han as an Admiral with Wedge and the Rogues under his command. It should be some fun. And poor smugglers!  Wonder how hiding is going to work out for Karrde..  And Luke is fighting clones of Jedi Masters??  What is going on here? Who is the crazy person that got their hands on some Jedi DNA and is breaking the bank with it?  Good to see that Luke is back in safe hands. Maybe now him and Mara can figure out what to do about it. And as to Fey'lya...  I hates him I do. 
Could I be re-added to the PM list? I almost missed this!

Another great chapter Rigil. I love when Wedge and the boys get to interact w/ Han, it's always interesting. I LOVED the thought of Jedi clones, can't wait to see how that plays out. Glad to see that Mara got to Luke in time. I was hoping to see her fight them but I'd guess that it'll happen before too long.

OK! We know that it's not the Imperial Remnant nor Borsk Feylya whom are behind the attacks, so... who else - during this time period in the SW universe - would benefit from the chaos caused by the assassination of the Imperial and Republican leaderships?

Love seeing Leia and Han connecting in a teasing/warm way with each other.  Cool to see Shada join Karrde's team. Wowsers, clones again... and Mara's smile at the end. Oh, what the hey? SQUEE! LOL

This story just keeps getting better and better.
Loved your insight into Han's character and was literally on the edge of my seat while Luke was fighting all those clones. And the ending, awwwwww...

That'd be me. Seriously, this entire fic was birthed from the mental image of that fight scene. I wanted to see post-ROTJ/pre-JAT Luke fighting a bunch of the EpIII-era Jedi and since I really don't like time travel in Star Wars (it's an overused staple of Star Trek, but it's never felt like it belongs in SWars at all...), I hit upon the clone idea. Now as to who is behind those clones, well...

Sorry I have not posted earlier not I have not been getting very much sleep lately. To much work and family DRL.  This is really wonderful, my friend. In fact you surprized me. I first thought this was going to be a twist on "The Dark Empire" grapic novels but now I have to rethink myself. DNA of all the old Jedi Masters. Not good. Maybe another 'vacation' to Wayland is in order. What do you think? I mean Mara and Luke had such a wonderful time there the last time they visited. Great job and thanks.

Wow! I wasn't expecting Jedi clones. Luke was lucky as it seems they have very rudimentary Force and lightsaber training. However they can still overwhelm him with numbers as they nearly did. He needs to train some more Jedi! I wonder what he said to Mara that caused her to give him one of "those" looks. Hmmm, was he getting mushy? Anyway it was a nice save on Mara's part. Can't wait to see them kicking clone butt together!

Great start here. I see you used a clone of Ben Kenobi. That was one thing that Zahn wanted to use in the Thrawn Trilogy, but wasn't allowed to, so he created Joru'us C'Baoth instead.

I forgot about that! I guess it was just as well. What would he have been called? Been Kenobi? Or Obii-Wan or Obi-Waan? I guess then the the Mace clones are all Maace Windus. Then there's the Kiit Fisto's et' al.
Oh dear lord I hope Luke doesn't run into any Yoodas.
It'd be like a watching Gremlins with light sabers! That's probably the scariest thing I can think of, being chased by an army of evil Yoda clones! I can see it now, running down some dark alley and looking back and seeing all these black clad little Yodas bopping up and down as they run with their little red light sabers, creepy! I've seen renditions of Darth Yoda before and I think he's scarier than Papa Palpatine.
