Well, Lisa. I've had two guys get tickets for "public drunkeness." The cops hang out in front of Peabody's (a local bar frequented by Navy types) and just snag the sailors as they come out. Freaking PITA!
And yeah, Mike. It's ridiculous now. All part of a big push to "clean up" VA Beach.
