Igor, would you give me a hand with the bags?
Certainly, you take the blonde and I'll take the one in the turban.

I think I'll have rice tonight, now that you mention it, Kate.

Um...no.
Tooday is my sister's birthday and we're going out to eat later, so I didn't want to eat much. I just grabbed what I found at the house. *shrug*

Kasey, your meals are getting predictable! I was reading down the page and when I saw your lunch (I couldn't see your username cause I had the page scrolled over) I thought "hey, I bet that's Kasey's lunch!" and it was
well at least you're consistent!
and Happy Birthday to your sister!

RE: Today's Lunch...
Three hundred miles over the summer? Hmmmm, you be careful with that. The one year I had that many miles over the summer ended with a less-than-stellar performance at the championship meets. However, when I do nothing but lots of easy miles over the summer and save the really hard running for the season, I end up with great times at the end of XC. Even if it does annoy my coach when I'm slow in the first few meets.
He should know better by now, after two years of slow starts and great finishes.

I took it up a notch today for lunch. I had a spicey bowl of dan dan noodles. Not only is it fun to say, they were delicious to eat. And they were spicey, like me!

I had a nice two bowls of Campbell's Cheese, Broccoli, Potato, and Chicken Soup complete with a glass of water. Great stuff, that...
Now it's time to go and be a slave to the grind....

Today's lunch was Wendy's. A #7, which consisted of a Chicken sandwhich (mayo only), fries, and a Coke.
And now I'm having a glass of water, so I can take my Tylenol.
