Reminder about NE FF Banquet and ComiCon

Hiya,
The NE Awards Banquet is quickly approaching. This is just a friendly little reminder. If you are planning on coming (and we very much hope you are) and you haven't already done so, please send in your payment for the Banquet. (details about banquet and payment are below)
Comicon is in Pittsburgh, April 27 to 29. There are many, many SW events going on at ComiCon including panels on collecting, fanfilms, podcasting, academic themed exploration of the films, and costuming. . Friday night is a social with a showing of the film A Great Disturbance. There will be a tattoo contest on Saturday . There will be a Kids activity room all day Saturday. The Special SW Guest at ComiCon is Peter Mayhew, who will be at ComiCon at all three days.
Join us at the 3rd Annual North East Region FanForce Awards. There will be dinner, door prizes, entertainment, and awards. To see photos from last year's fun filled Awards go here
When: Saturday, April 28, 2007
Doors open at 6 PM, buffet dinner is served from 6:30 to 8 PM
Awards show begins at 7:30 PM
Where: Monroeville Radisson Hotel, location of Pittsburgh Comicon
How much: $25 check/money order or $26 Paypal
Admission price includes a lavish buffet, entertainment, and a door prize raffle ticket
Deadline for ticket purchase is April 20, 2007

I'm sorry to hear that. If at the last minute, any of your folks change their minds and decide to come, we will have some last minute tickets to the banquet available.
