For those who don't listen to the Force Cast, it was mentioned by Hasbro reps, that there will be a theatrical release to kick of the new animated series. Now, he might have been speaking out of his rear, but he mentioned specifically, 8/8/08. It might be tucked along with another movie (which I would expect) or possibly on its own. Either way, it could all be a complete misunderstanding. Still something to speculate about.

It was made OFFICIAL today! In theaters Friday August 15th. !!!!!!! Official FAN CLUB OUTING!!!!
I'll have all the info including witch TV network will be showing it. and on a side note for some of us.... The network is in HD , so hopefully they will show it in HD!!!!
