At this point I am planning to on the 12th. About 4 or 5ish for about 1-2 hours. I will actually put together some story boards and edit during our lunch/dinner and establish materials.
Well my Dad will probably go back to his hotel around 7:30 or 8pm so anytime after that.If you wanted to, I can ask tammy if its cool with her if we do it here, if you want too.

Meeting late on Saturday would be rough for me.
Ok, as the times everyone is available, seem to be wildly opposed, I am just going to do it a couple hours early before the meeting 4:30pm to 6:30pm on the 19th. It would be a couple hours before the meeting and not require a completely different day.
Sorry for the change, it just seems like the most logical option. If it doesn't work out, I will present storyboards briefly at the meeting and try to incorporate it.

I'm interested in the answer to this as well, since it's unlikely I'll be able to join you guys (though still possible; I'm trying to work some stuff out scheduling-wise). For me, Saturdays are usually pretty busy right up to the point I leave to go to the meeting, so going to dinner before a meeting won't often be an option for me, and it seems like this is starting to become a trend.

It would be best to consider this something completely different from the meeting. It has nothing to do with it in any fashion. I am going to be at Scotty's at 4:30 to go over ideas for this concept. You don't have to order food or anything like that. Just consider it like a business lunch. This isn't the customary meeting dinner. For me it will be a lunch as I am busy until 4:30.
