From Superman to Daredevil, this is the thread to discuss your favorite heroes from comics, books and on film.

I heard a rumor that Bryan Singer said he was going to "wrath of kahn" the next Superman. Hmmmmm...someone must die. Considering Kahn dealt with Kirk's arch nemisis, I'm assuming that is not what he meant with the new film, since Lex Luthor has had his share at trying to kill the man of steel.

Dan, I finished the Emperor Joker Superman comic. Whoa! That is just crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't even know where to begin with what I found most strange. I did love the reference to Bizarro Superman appearing in: "Bizarro IV: The Quest for War." That was funny.
Not to mention the Joker says word for word a line from the Tim Burton "Batman." Great comic!

Eric, on that link about the "Chucky" remake, I noticed on the same page that the writers of Superman Returns are not coming back for the sequel...this frightens me. Singer IS returning but those are the same writers that worked on X2, also one of my favorite super hero flicks. I sure hope they don't biff this sequel. If anything, it should be even better than SR. Fingers crossed...those shirt tucking corporate big wigs are sure to do something stupid again.

Dan, I purchased "Return of the Joker" for my friend Nate who is in town, he's a big Batman fan! It's the DVD, but the death scene of the Joker is the "PG version." How do I get a copy of the one where Robin shoots him? That is the far better version of the film.
