The parents have not said where the party will be held, but asked for 4 - 5 costumes right now. I offered to send a list of the costumes we will have available and let them pick. I also advised that certain characters are needed if they want us to perform the academy.

I have to pull from this and possibly the meeting.
St. Paul's P.A.'s planned to have the meeting that
day without asking all of it's members if the date
was okay or not. As I'm up next to orchestrate the
pie and cake raffle for the next meeting (and this
would be it) I'm stuck babysitting boston cremes and
devil's food unless I can wheedle out of it early.
ARGH! I hate pie!

I emailed the parents to see what they wanted to do. I advised we will need more costumers to perform the Jedi Academy and offered to bring all the available costumes. Once I hear back, I'll update.

I've been under the weather the last few days, so I don't know if I can make this. Keep me at tentative for now and hopefully I'll feel better so I can say for sure.
If I do though I'll be showing off the new pilot costume. It's warmer than the Luke costume
