Yep. We should meet between 12:15 and 12:30 at the small building connected to the Pepsi Center. There is a playground outside right in front of it. We should park there.
They would like us to go on exactly at 1pm because of the time they have.
If anyone else can make it I would appreciate it. Just show up by 12:30am.
I've been told that there is going to be 27 kids and that means a lot of other parents that we can give the group info to, I know this would be a lot of parties in the future.

I am not sure exactly what time I can get there, so don't wait for me if I'm not there at exactly 12:30. I'll get there as soon as I can. Hopefully I'll be able to find you inside if needed.
Is someone bringing our booklets, flyers, etc.? I can hand those out during the event. Sounds like there might be some wrangling needed with that many kids.

What a nice event! The kids, tho many, were remarkably well-behaved. They all had a ball, and we gave out several flyers. First time I've seen Larry talk that fast!
There were also a couple of good potentials for future bookings. The room was really nice too. I'd book something there if I had little ones.
