I have a seminar during the day so if you don't need me it would work out well since the seminar is at 11 am. If you guys get stuck and need me, I can make it.....I'll be at the meeting either way

Updated first post.
2pm arrival.
2:30 appearance
Let's plan to meet at the Tonawanda Library at 1:50pm and carpool from there. The library is at the intersection of Main & Rooselvelt (333 Main Street, Tonawanda 14150 to be exact). The library closes at 2 pm and we should be able to leave our cars there, or close by.
We have 2 handlers for the day (Annie and Biz). Does one of you want the day off? We really only need 1 to take pictures.

Well since I don't have my costume handy and my NR shirt has truly gone AWOL

I'm going to try to get in touch with the mom again today. I'm concerned about the location of the Jedi Academy and the amount of space we will have.
If we have too many people for the house, I can sit this one out.
Victoria has a last minute costume fitting after dance tomorrow for pictures on Sunday, so I don't think I'll make it on time... but I did say I was attending. SO if you really need me, I'l try and make arrangements to be there. I don't want to put us in a lurch. If you think we have too many, I'll see you at the meeting. Just LMK so I can see what I can do.

Lisa, your post sounds kind of confusing. if you are busy and can't make it, you can't make it. It would be nice to have an extra Rebel to help Larry with the Academy, but if people have other things going on, we adapt and utilize what we have.
If your schedule clears up and you can make it, we could use you. Bring Victoria along if you'd like too.
If your schedule ties you up, we'll catch up with you at the meeting.

Sorry for the confusion... it has been that kind of a month at her dance school. Cannot get a straight response for the life of me. We will try to make it this afternoon; Victoria would love to attend as Leia. It depends on when we get out of the fitting.
So, if we can get there, we will be there. If not, I'll see you at the meeting. I am very sorry if I can't make it after I said I could.
