we've been invited back to the Williamsville Library again this year. (The Audubon library is asking for us too and I'm baiting to hear back from them).
ALL appearances are on Tuesday nights. We would be appearing from 6:30 - 7:30.
Please vote asap so I can get back witht he date that majority of us can make it.
Please post your vote as well.
Here's what I received in my email:
Thanks so much for getting back to me. We are having Tuesday night "family nights" during the summer.
We have July 8th; 15th or 29th open. The time would be 6:30-7:30 as we close at 8:00pm now. The only date
left in Aug. is 8/12th. Check with your group and let me know which date would work.
It can be similar to last year - a demonstration and photos.
Thank you so much - the families will be thrilled, your appearance last year was such a big hit!!

I'm not sure if I'd be able to make it, but August would probably go over best, with Clone Wars opening up in theaters a few weeks right after the event.

Chris,
I'm a little confused. Your post says that ALL dates are Tuesday nights, but Aug 8th/15th are Fridays. Also on the voting you have the 15th and the email says the 12th.
I voted for the 15th of July anyway.

We voted July 15, but so far the only BAD DATE for us is July 29, so any other dates are OK for us if better for everyone else.

The only for-sure bad date for me is the 29th. Tues. nights I work until at least 6:30, so I would probably be arriving at the last minute if I can make it.
I won't post a vote now because I don't want to skew the results for folks who might be affected.

August 8th.
Out of the dates, only 7/29 (which most people cannot make) and the 8th I will be available. I have not gotten my summer schedule from work yet, but right now we are planning on being in Florida in July so 7/8, 7/15 are definitely out. 8/15 we have a wedding to go to. Rob is working all of the dates, so it would depend on what time he got home.
