That depends on a few things. Are you trying to get as accurate as possible to the film prop, or are you willing to create something on your own? My force pike was made using a ski pole that I bought at Amvets. I took the disc off the bottom, removed the helmet, then hand sanded the paint off to leave the metallic finish.
For the hand, I used a pipe slightly larger than the ski pole, then covered it with a rubber grip.
For the pommel on the bottom, I screwed on an electrical connector I found at Home Depot.
I wish I had a way to "break" it so that it can be transported in 2 pieces, but haven't had any luck.

Some weekend afternoons/evenings are good. Any idea when we were planning this? Our house is available if we need a place.
I just got my new pilot flight suit, so I'll need to unattach the harness off my old suit. I have 3 flight suits now, all too big for me, but I'm hoping one will be good for Rob if he wants to go Orange. So, if anyone needs an orange flight suit, I have extras.... I believe the largest one is a Large or XL...
I'd also love to get Rob in a Jedi Luke to go with my Mara too... he has some parts of the costume already. Need to get him to a few more things, he hasn't even worn his Dig more than once! lol
I am also trying something brand new for SFX this year (maybe)... got my old Anakin costume that I'll need to modify a bit... Not Canon by any means...

I might take you up on your offer Lisa, if one of your suits will fit me. The elastic chop job we did to my suit, while works, gets a bit uncomfortable after a while wearing it.

No problem. If it fits you, it's yours.  All the mods need to be done on the two extras though... maybe you can rip the pockets, etc off the old one?
