If anything changes, I will let you know. if not, here is the plan:
Gametime is 6:05. We are free to arrive at any time but need to be ready once the game is over.
Parking:
Mention you are appearing during the BPO performance with Star Wars and park in the same rear lot as you did Saturday. if they ask you to pay, get a receipt and we will be reimbursed. I asked for 7 passes assumning that the out of towners would carpool.
Drop your gear off in the same room as Saturday as well. Then head upstairs to the box office. There are tickets reserve for us under "Star Wars". When the 9th inning comes around, we need to go to Guest Relations behind section 111 and will be escorted downstairs to change, then we'll go to the right field area and wait until we are needed.

You can park in any parking lot downtown near the ballpark. On Saturday, we had passes to a lot behind the stadium, but do not have access again for this event.
Go to the rear of the stadium and go up the ramp and into the stadium. You will be in a long hallway. Look for the sign that says Gameday Associates. Go just past that small office and enter on your left. At this point, you should see 2 elevators to your left and a green door with the Bisons logo on it. Face the green door and go to the small door on the right, then a quick left. You are now in the changing room.
Backtrack to the elevators and go upstairs, and out the stadium to the ticket office. Check your email for the password.

I'm excited to see you guys while I play. I will make the best to play well. The Star Wars Medley we are doing is not long at all, 8 minutes total I think. If you are curious where I am playing in the orchestra, I am on the very front, in front of the conductor.

Hey all,  13 innings WOW! What a night. I had a great time, Dinner afterwards was priceless, I think i've passed Mindy's um ...ringtone to about a dozen people, I still laugh my hiney off  when I hear it. Mindy, I sent Chris one i'm sure you'll appreciate.
Looking forward to our next troop together 
BTW I think i was sleeping by the time we hit the thruway & woke up at the exit on our end ;-)
