What: Birthday Party
When: Sunday June 22
Where: Amherst Pepsi Center
Time: Party is from 11-1. Appearance time is 11:30 - 12:30
I just got a call for an appearance request this Sunday, June 22. I made it clear that we may NOT be available and advised that we need at least a few days to see if and who is available (if that makes any sense). They are anticipating (edit)10-15 kids, ages unknown.
The birthday boy is a big Star Wars fan, Darth Vader and Boba Fett are requested.
I know this is short notice. Please let me know your availability asap.
I told the parents I'd get back to them Wednesday evening.

We are a go for the party. I'll be there as Vader.
Plan to meet at 11:00 and appear from 11:30 - 12:30. We have a room to change into.
13 kids are confirmed, but could max out at 20.
