CLONE WARS MOVIE PREMIERE
New REGAL Cinemas at the Waldorf Gonherria - Walden Galleria
August 15-17 (Friday - Saturday - Sunday)
Regal Cinemas would LOVE to have us in costume at the opening of the film, as many or few days / afternoons / evenings as we can cover.
Told them if we have the right people, we can do duels, the Jedi Academy, win a date with Kyle, etc.
Who is interested and what days / shifts can be covered? Once we have a person count we can begin to nail down other details.
As of August 1 we have:
Chris for Saturday and Sunday
Janice and Larry Sunday only
Jay (days not specified)
Gil for Saturday and Sunday
Kyle (days not specified, ineligible for prize)
Antione for Saturday
Lisa and Victoria (days not specified)
Jaime and Jason Sunday
UPDATE 8/8/08
Here are the appearance details:
Friday - no appearance (no one available)
Saturday - 4pm - 8pm
Sunday - 12-4pm
We will have a table (Larry is working to secure our location inside near the concessions). We'll pose for pictures, hand out coloring pages, and possibly do trivia. We will also perform the Jedi Academy, but will schedule and announce them once we know the showtimes.
Larry is working on a secure place to change.

Not only can we do duels with people, but we would require a secure location to do it with enough room.
Count me in. I'm not sure when yet, but I'll be there.

Actually, by a cruel twist of fate, and unless things change drastically, we will be out of town on the Friday and Saturday, only available for Sunday.
Bummer, but we'll do what we can and keep everyone updated.

Saturday looks good for me. Friday eve is more difficult due to work, but it depends on the time(s) we'd be needed. This is Marty's moving weekend, so Sunday would be tentative.
Would we be able to have a table?
