	So at the marathon Rae, Ryan and I got to conversating and we came across the notion of perhaps forming a book club or a reading circle. It might be fun, and it'd give us all a chance to get together and read a book (not necessarily a SW-themed novel) and then get together and chat about it. So in that vein I'd like to throw the idea out there and see what people think of it. My plan would be to have us all just put our names into a hat, shuffle 'em around and the person who gets the Hat picks the book. We'd then give it about a month or two to read the book and then get together and talk about it at a Chapters or maybe somebody's place. It wouldn't be an Offical meeting per se, just a chance for folks to rap books and what they enjoyed about a given writer's work. What d'you think? 	I do love to read and it's been years since I've been reading avidly. There was a time in my life when I read nothing but SF & Fantasy, but then my days of being an English student came along and Piers Anthony and Peter David made way for Chaucer and Bronte (not that there's anything wrong with that!) When the LOTR movies first came out, DrHaggis and I decided we'd better join the ranks of people who had read the book, so we got to work. We realized at some point that the rest of the city had the same idea, and before long, we were talking literature at work functions & other gatherings. I expressed my delight at being able to rap about tropes and themes in public again. I would love to get back into that.
