There's nothing better than watching a good Canadian TV show. I mean, admit it. Everyone has watched Royal Canadian Air Farce or This Hour has 22 Minutes at one point in your life.
I really like Rick Mercer's Monday Report and I still watch Due South on repeats on Showcase. Also, Trailer Park Boys and Red Green are hilarious.
So, what Canadian TV shows do you watch?

Anyway, yeah I'm into some Canadian TV. 22 Minutes was really good but is going down hill lately. Rick Mercer shouldn't have left. That being said I, of course, watch Monday Report...

Trailer Park Boys all the way!!!
It is the only thing that I watch now. TV sucks without hockey...
The Friendly Giant was a great one too!

Corner Gas.
I love that show. I had the opportunity to visit Dog River (Rouleau, SK) and I got on set in Regina. I even saw Brett Butt across the room.
It was awesome!!!

I'm not a big fan of the new degrassi... I did watch part of the episode when they had Kevin Smith guest starring. It was alllllllright, but I feel really old when I watch it since I'm no longer in high school.

I don't watch the new degrassi, and even if I would have wanted to see the episodes with Kevin Smith, I couldn't because I had school those nights.
But, I saw some of the old degrassi episodes in Grade 7, at school, too...I think.

Yep, Bob and Margaret is Canadian. In fact, if you head to the National Film Board in Toronto you can watch the first episode. It's by far the funniest out of all of them that I've seen, since they didn't have to censor themselves in anyway.
Also, I must agree, Canadian films do rock (well, I kind of have to being a Canadian film student and all). Oddly enough, Blockbuster used to put Canadian films under the "foreign" category in their stores.
And now, a short list of Canadian films at least one person considers 'good': The Sweet Hereafter, Ginger Snaps, Rabid, Videodrome, The Dead Zone, (ok ok, I'll stop just listing Cronenberg films), Resident Evil: Apocolypse (yes, it is actually 100% Canadian, not just shot here), A Christmas Story, Black Christmas, Porky's, Nothing, and countless others.
