Blue. Not because I prefer the colour, but because the original blue saber has such a nice glow to it.

PURPLE
The purple blade is a little less common and seems to be used by some of the coolest Jedi... Mace, Kyp, Anakin Solo...to name a few

Blue for me. The colour of a true guardian. I would switch it up with a green here and there.
And only SLJ can use the purple, he made it so.
