The Immolation Scene, definitely, especially the part where Obi-Wan is crying out that Anakin was meant to destroy the darkness, not join it.

Order 66 and the Immolation Scene.
When they shot Aayla i teared up and When Anakin caught on fire and Obi-Wan just stood there letting Anakin tell him he hated him.

The Immolation Scene edges out Order 66 for me because I have more investment in those particular characters and their relationship.

I cried at both order 66 and the immolation scene. Boga's scream when he and Obi-Wan falls off the cliff is just heartbreaking. But I would say that Obi-Wan's "You were the chosen one!" is slightly sadder.
