Superman: The Movie is the greatest comic book movie ever, IMO. It has 3 different parts with three different tonalities for each one.
Although I cannot wait for Superman II: The Donnor Cut, and what I have read, this looks to be just as great as the original without all the dumb slapstick that Superman II had in it.
This could be the best one-two punch in fantasy movies since SW & ESB shook the world in 77 & 80.
