I suffer from infrequent mild-insomnia. Sometimes I don't sleep at all, sometimes I can manage 8 hours. So, I would average around 4-6 hours.

4-6 Over the last year I've been waking up eariler and earlier. Seems 3:23 is the time as I've woken then two weeks straight.
I keep thinking I should try and pysche myself out and not set the clock as I wake long before it ring. That would surely make me sleep later, huh?

6-8 on average, sometimes more sometimes less. Depends if I'm working.
