I don't really care, but I wear an analog watch because I'm a pretentious snob.

Digital
For practicality.
Easy-to-use alarm, stopwatch... it has more functions. For a dress watch/clock, analog looks nicer, but for telling me the time, I prefer digital.

Agree with Tyi.
Usually I wear a digital (has a light built in, clearer and quicker usually, stopwatch, date function etc) but if I'm going out I'll wear my analog because it looks classier.

Analog. Easier to set. At least for me.

But how often do you need to set a clock/watch? Isn't time a continuous never-ending thing?

Analogue. Usually, anyway. My watch is both though, so I look at what suits me.

Alarm clock or in-vehicle - digital.
Others - analog.

Analog unless it's in my bedroom then I need something digital to read easily in the dark without my contacts/glasses.

i prefer digital to analog simply because i#m so inept at reading the analogous ones. i look at it for ages and it doesn't transpire what time it is. and then i ask someone.
i thought you would ask about pocket watches as opposed to wrist watches. in that i prefer my pocket watch even though it is analog.
