My favorite would have to be Finding Neverland, it's such a WONDERFUL movie. Hook comes in a close second though.

I have only seen the Disney one and the Hook, and I prefer Hook.

Finding Neverland (2004)
While I freely admit that I've never seen the '03 version of Pan, I can't see it beating this movie in my eyes. Finding Neverland was absolutely fantastic. Hook, on the other hand, I have seen, and never wish to see again. I just found it... err, not that good to put it lightly.

I'm going to have to go with the 1953 Disney version, Finding neverland would be the best over all but I don't really think of it as Neverland themed, it just includes Neverland. I think the movie could be set in a few other stories and be just as good.

I love Hook, though the Disney version of the original Peter Pan is really good as well.
