Oh, man, The Force would definitely come in handy!
Think of all the awesome things you could do!
Lightsabers are awesome but what can you do with them except for murder?
You can still use The Force for self defense.
So definitely The Force wins, no contest.

I understand what you all are saying about the Force, but, to be honest, the first thing I thought of was the lightsabre as a tool. I've used drills before and had a hard time getting through something. Give me a lightsabre and it is effortless. Want to cut up a steak nicely? Whip out your lightsabre and adjust the blade to be really short. I have knives all over the house and several pocketknives, but to have an all-purpose cutting tool, especially one that doesn't rust or dull, that would be VERY useful!
