Qui-Gon/Obi-Wan/Darth Maul (TPM)
Excellent fight. Well, most of these are, but this one stands above them first for its ingenuity of having 1 vs 2, and then its ability to pull it off so well. While I think the Obi-Wan/Anakin fight on Mustafar is amazing, I lean towards this fight on Naboo in the end. The fight itself had me drawn in, plus the music is awe inspiring (although not to mention that Battle of the Heroes is no slacker either!).

I voted Anakin Vs Obi-Wan, end of ROTS.
However, I noticed that Anakin + Obi-Wan vs Dooku (the rematch) at the beginning of ROTS was curiously absent from the list.

There are already three fights from ROTS on the list. And it's at the maximum amount of poll options.

Without a doubt the greatest duel in either the movies or EU. The two most powerful Force-users of their era, and easily two of the most powerful Force-users in history. The Grandmaster of the Jedi Order pitted against the Dark Lord of the Sith. The magnitude of the duel as well is one never to be duplicated, deciding the fate of the entire galaxy.
The duel itself as well is excellent, moving from Palpatine's Office to the Chancellor's Podium to the Senate Pods. We are shown the two duelists' mastery of the lightsaber in Palpatine's Office and on the Chancellor's Podium, and each combatants' affinity and prowess in the Force while battling on the many Senate Pods. I liked the result or conclusion of the duel as well, the duel ending in a draw, though leaving Yoda in no position to continue the duel, one of the better links from the Prequel Trilogy to Original.
In my opinion, the best duel in Star Wars at the moment. I also liked the Maul/Jinn + Kenobi duel, another great duel, and I could go on and on discussing both duels.

The pure emotion of Darth Vader and Luke Skywalkers' Duel in Cloud City, for me, is the better of any of the other lightsaber encounters, while Vader and Obi-Wan aboard the Death Star comes a close second. Yes, the others are both technically faster and more up-tempo, but the importance of both of the above mentioned fights within the context of the saga, and especially the lighting and cinematography of the Cloud City duel, gives it my vote.
