Sometimes tabs, sometimes a new one. I find when I use the tabs, I end up closing the window which ends closing all of them. I haven't gotten use to the tabs yet.

Both equally
I have to say this, because I am very odd with my usage. I use both Firefox and IE. In Firefox, it's always via tabs. So much better. But in IE, I always open a new window. That may change when I get IE7... 
I used to use IE for the forums, but Firefox is so much easier to view massive amounts of threads by simply middle-clicking it. That is the single best thing about Firefox and the one thing I use it for. I'm still stuck in habit with IE for everything else.

I'm going to be in the minority here and say I actually open a new window. I've never liked tabs...

I've given in and use Firefox almost exclusively now, so if I was to re-vote it would be tabs all the way. Plus, IE7 has tabs now, too.

I click the scroll wheel for Tabs. But I was a big user of multiple windows until IE7.

I open it in a new window, I still use in Internet Explorer 6.
