By the way, these were the top ten fears of people as conducted by some survey. I found it and was intrigued. It's also why there's no other, sorry. 
For me, it would probably be Acrophobia or... hmm, Emetophobia intrigues me. I'm going to vote for that, actually, as I have conquered numerous height battles in the past. But I really really dislike vomiting (or anything coming out of my mouth, really) and try to avoid it at all costs. Eww.
Edit: Wait, scrap that, I forgot about fear of death. It takes it. Oops for already voting.

I only fear death in certain circumstances, and even then it's less about the death and more about the hours/days prior. I'm not afraid of instant or near-instant death, like receiving a gunshot to the head or my heart simply stopping someday when I'm a few years older. I am afraid of being forced to undergo unwanted medical procedures, many of which I have personal moral issues with, and I would literally rather die than have general anesthesia. If something so horrid ever happens to me that I would need it, I'd prefer to simply have a bit of morphine to make me more comfortable (but not enough to make me unaware of my surroundings or completely destroy my lucidity), and be allowed to pass on. Mainly because I'm afraid that I won't be lucid when coming out of it and won't be in control of how I react to things. I'll be having local anesthesia when I have my bottom wisdom tooth taken out, even though it will be a fairly tricky extraction, because at least then I'm aware of what's going on and can conduct myself like an adult.

If asked I answer I don't fear anything at all. That is how I feel it. Some things annoy me (like people and social situations) and in certain circumstances I am more cautious than other people are. Still, I always go to the most furious roller coasters in amusement parks, clime as high as I can in trees and hills, go to basements and forests without lights on, kill most of the bugs near me in all calmness, have vomited bloody snotballs enough times to think it is actually funny, flown four times and thought it was amusing, hid in tight closets as a child, walked through open market squares and all similar areas, think of cancer as something you can't do much about so no need to worry about it if you don't have it, and think of death as more of an annoying thing than scary. So, I have no fear.

I am none of those, if anything I would have Hypsiphobia which = a fear of heights.
I won't even get on a ladder to put up holiday lights or decorations. It is an odd thing because when I was younger I would climb trees and had no fear of heights at all, and even though I have never taken a bad fall or anything like that I have a hard time dealing with situations where there isn't solid footing under me. I can even get on an airplane with no problems, because there is a solid floor under me rather than a narrow wooden step.

Odd, crickets are the only bug I despise with a passion. Our basement was invaded every summer by them when I was younger and lived at home, and my bedroom was in the basement and that noise is enough to drive a person insane when they are trying to sleep.
Spiders I love, and even imported them into the basement because they eat crickets. To this day I won't ever kill a spider, even if I see it in my house, I figure if it is in the home there must be a food source so I allow them to stay and be my pest control.

i realize that we all fear all of these to some degree, but i don't think any of them affect me great enough for me to vote. i'll say sociophobia i geuss, that seems to be my weakest point.

Sociophobia, Acrophobia, Necrophobia and Arachnophobia.
Also Agoraphobia is not the fear of open spaces but the fear of being in an embarrassed situation.

I don't like bugs, but am okay with them.
Then there's spiders. I don't know if I'm phobic, but I have an unexplainable revulsion towards them. Two bathrooms in my house - one upstairs, and one downstairs. I generally use the downstairs one, but it sometimes gets the attention of one small spider. I will not go in there, and will hold it in and wait for the other one to become vacant.
Watching Eight Legged Freaks was an exercise in trying to beat this phobia, and it didn't work. People without fears and interest in entomology have tried to explain that my fear is unfounded, and I agree, but I still have this fear.
