Arachnophobia.
I've seen at least two brown recluses in my house. (Note: if you have arachnophobia, stop reading) Big ****ers - three inches wide, including legs. Both times I saw one I jumped - I mean, these things are big. Urgh. Between those two spiders I saw, I probably emptied a can of bugspray. And it took at least a minute in each instance for the spider to die. I've contemplated buying a pistol to kill these things. And these things are venomous - some of the worst venom of all spiders, producing fatalities in some cases. Necrosis, ten-inch wounds, year-long wounds, lifelong scars... All of it gets me paranoid. I shake out my bedsheets every night, and I shake out my clothes every morning. I do many household chores wearing gloves. I never remove my shoes, unless I'm in bed.

I voted emethophobia - it's extremely embarassing.
I don't mind spiders; I'll have to die one day, and thankfully I've got no problems with open/closed spaces or heights. Thunder and lightning? I love them!
