Do you sign your name when sending PM's?

I just realized I do this not too long ago but that other people rarely do the same. I suppose it's not needed since you know who it's from, but I do it out of habit. What do you do?

If I don't generally pm the person, I sign with my name (real name).

For the most part, I Sign it with "Nat." Exceptions are with a couple of friends that I PM with daily (in which case it gets old) or when I'm sending an offical warning PM, in which case I use my username.
