I typically add Face on the end, maybe something like "Thanks" if applicable. Unless I'm doing some kind of in-character fanfic update PM.

If it's a friend of mine I tend to sign my name. Sometimes I don't though, I'm just lazy.

I sometimes sign PMs, and when I do, it's usually with a shortened form of my username (i.e. "Venth" or "Guard").
