I'm pretty sure Onaga was only brought down to one knee by Raiden's blast. He's a tank.
That Umbrella/Seymour match is a good one. I think Seymour can take it though, even without the prep. Anima = Beast.

Ah, damnit. Totally slipped my mind. This was an easy round, too. Should've been done with ages ago. My bad.
Sora (Kingdom Hearts) vs. Raziel (Legacy of Kain)
Decent match, I guess, but no way Sora loses.

Samanosuke Akechi (Onimusha) vs. Alexia Ashford (Resident Evil) *prepared*
Prep or no, Alexia is right up Sammy's alley. He's faced and beaten worse than her.

Umbrella (Resident Evil) *prepared* vs. Seymour Guado (FF X)
Seymour, with maybe some minor difficulty.

Neclord (Suikoden) *prepared* vs. Gill (Street Fighter)
Gill is very powerful, but... even though he's likely to defeat the nasty creature Neclord is sure to summon to start the match, then he has to face off against Neclord himself. And the "intangibility" he has, coupled with some very nasty magics of his own and a solid gameplan just seems like it's too much for Gill to take down. Okay... maybe he manages to take out Neclord after a brutal fight, but then, whoops! That was just a doppleganger. Then the real Neclord steps out of the shadows and mops up. Gill's pesky regeneration could prove... pesky, but Neclord is probably never in any true danger with the prep.

Kain might've had a decent fight on his hands if Sasarai had prep, but without it, Kain cruises to a win.
Saix is too fast, too agile, and he's got more than enough power to hurt Ridley. Not a squash match, but Saix wins clearly enough.
Terra wins.

Boo. Yah.
This doesn't seem too hard. Seifer isn't on Squall's level, but he isn't far from it either. On even footing, we've already seen how close this match is. But this particular match isn't going to be on even footing. In fact, Seifer is going into the match with virtually every advantage imaginable. He'll have an optimal set-up of elemental magic. He'll have a stocked cupboard of items to heal his HP and MP, as well as cure status ailments. Things like Hastega and Return Damage are also options if he wants to go that route, or he can use his space to boost up his magical or physical strength. And correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe he can also equip certain summons (are they called GF's?) to help take on Squall, although that might not be his style.
Seifer's got tons of options here, and that's not even mentioning the fact that he knows his opponent inside out, and has plenty of time to adopt a plan to exploit any weaknesses.
It's a fun match, but never really in doubt.

That said, I guess I have to agree (more or less) with what Zizz just put out. They're close enough when on an even playing field to where Seifer should be the winner clear enough when he's prepped and Squall's not.
