Not in the near future, no. My dvd player works just fine, and I don't buy that many movies anyway. Heck, I still have my VCR and video tapes, too, and will until they break. tongue Besides, I can't help but cynically suspect that as soon as most people convert their collections to Blu-Ray, someone will come out with a brand new format that suddenly everyone must snatch up. tongue

No. Optical drives are beginning their exit from the stage, and I don't want to latch onto a technology that will have begun a fade within a year or two.

No. I really would rather HD than Blue Ray for many reasons, so I think I'll hold just because I'm mad. That being said, I will probably buy one eventually.
