During the game the following will automatically occur unless you post otherwise:
a. Properties will be automatically purchased upon landing on them.
b. Payment of $50 to Get Out of Jail, or Use of Get Out of Jail Free Card if you have a card.
c. Payment of rent upon landing on other players' properties.
d. Payment of 10% or $200 when landing on Income Tax.
e. Payment of $75 when landing on Luxury Tax.
f. Instructions as directed on Chance and Community Chance Cards.
Now, trades, house building if you get a MONOPOLY of properties, mortgaging of properties, and other miscellaneous tasks will
specifically have to be either PM'd to me or posted in this thread.
Computer will randomize starting order of players.
Also, at the end of each turn, I will post the remaining properties that are available for purchase so that everyone will know exactly how many are remaining.
Any other questions, do not hesitate to ask.
