Empire Strikes Back! No question about it.
It has been my favourite since I first saw it. ANH and RotJ are in an endless duel for the second place, since I change my mind about those depending on my mood...

The Empire Strikes Back, best SW film ever....hell one of the best films ever IMHO.
Return of the Sith, though not really as good as some of the others is still my second most favorite film due to all the Sith action.

ANH. ESB can get a little slow at points (mainly throughout the first half), and ROTJ has a really painful middle section between Tatooine and Endor that definitely knocks it down a few notches. ANH, however, is just a classic swashbuckling adventure that never fails to exhilerate.
I enjoy the prequels immensely, but they will never trump any of the original three films for me.

The original Star Wars (A NEw Hope for the sake of clarity). ESB is a better movie, but the original wins for nostalgic reasons.
