10. It does everything an adventure film, or just a good film for that matter should. It has memorable characters, a memorable plot setup and story, memorable music, memorable action, memorable... everything. And, it's an absolute marvel to watch each and every viewing.

The original Star Wars is a cinematic classic, easily deserving a 10!
And for the people who voted 1 - 3, um, how could you call yourself Star Wars fans? This is the introductory movie... if you think of the film that low, why would you be interested in the saga, let alone vote here?
