My boyfriend is a JCer but I met him in real life first. I actually invited him to the JC in the first place - and bascially got him to like SW.

I met my boyfriend on the JC a year ago, but we didn't become a couple until we met, just a few weeks ago. And I'm very lucky to have him.

It's stupid to "date" someone on the Net without seeing/knowing them in person -- Force knows who the hell they are and what they look like. Friendships are ok, bu dating...I wouldn't do it.

We talk on the phone regularly, but never met face-to-face, but plan on to in the future.

I didn't vote because my wife, MasterWilkin, and I didn't meet on this board, but we did meet via an online community. It was a local BBS (yes, it's a while ago) called Adult Fantasy BBS, or AF for short. As she likes to say, two hours after we met we were in a monogomous (sp?) relationship. We've now known each other for six years and been married for about three-and-a-half. The story of us meeting is kinda fun. PM me if you want to know about it. It's too long to put on here.
