Ok, What's the funniest thing (or even the worst thing) you have ever heard from non-Star wars fans?
I was just sharing this privately but I thought I'd post it here. For example, a couple days ago I had met someone who made a comment when I said I was a big Star Wars fan. He said, "Is that the stuff about those guys who go around the galaxy swinging LIFE SAVERS?" I almost laughed out loud at that (but I held my grace with him since he just didn't "get it"!!). LIFE SAVERS!!  Here's my idea for SW Episode 7--Attack of the Giant LifeSavers: Return of the Candy:
Jedi Stardancer/528 (me): "Watch out, Master Yogurt. He's got a LIFE SAVER, and it's a BIG ONE! Oh no....It's a CHERRY life saver, too...those are the worst kind! Oh bantha tracks, we're doomed! Run for your lives..." 
Master Yogurt: Resist the power of the life saver, no one can. More to come for sure, travel in rolls they do...always ten there are...no more no less!

Me: humming the Imperial March
Person in my class: in concerned tone I'm sorry.
Me: annoyed that my song was interupted for what?
Person: still in a concerned tone that someone died.
Me: really confused huh? no one died, at least that I know.
Person: now also confused oh, then why are you humming the funeral march.
Me: face-palm

I knew that was from Mork and Mindy.
My brother costumes a Rebel Fleet Trooper [opening scene ep4] and he was on the news in costume. The anchor person said "Was that guy wearing a salad bowl on his head?"
