OK, some exciting news for ConCarolinas! Originally they were supposed to have Robert Picardo as the Guest of Honor (GOH). Once the writer's strike was over he had to go back to work and filming and is unavailable. Now there are two GOHs! Star Trek TNG's Denise Crosby and Stargate SG-1's Gary Jones!
This is a nice little con in a central location of Charlotte. Last year I had a lot of fun and I hosted a SW Monopoly game. I might talk to Ron about hosting a SW Trivia game.
Registration:
Register before May 24th and it is $25 for adults and $10 for kids 6-14 (6 and under are free). See link above.

Sunday is $15 at the door. If you have a CharMeck Public Library card you can get a $5 discount.

May 25th is the last day to pre-register online. The price goes to $35 at the door then for the full con.

Children under 6 are free.
Children 6-14 are either $10 for the whole con and on Saturday or $5 on Friday and Sunday.

OK, fans of ConCarolinas, this is a call to get your Geek on!
Fox News will be coming out Sat and maybe Sun with Cameras and interviews. We want to give them the best show that Carolina geekdom can give them, so come prepared to give a spectacle.
I do not know what time but I can get a general idea today and will post it here.
