	Hey guys. I noticed that Death Troopers comes out on Oct 13 so that would give us only 11 days to read it. The book is 288 pages. Was everyone aware of this? Kevin

	I brought up the short timeframe, but those at lunch thought it'd be enough time. Amazon lists the book as 288 pages, so it's not terribly long. 	I'll be getting my book at the book signing on October 19. But I read fast. I think it will be OK. Or we can change to another book. Any suggestions??? Anyone? Anyone? Buehler? Kevin? Anyone?

	I would suggest the Outcast book since it's been out for a while now and people can pick it up now and start reading. If we stick with Death Troopers which I would like to read, I probably won't be able to attend because I know I won't have enough time to read it and discussing it would just spoil the book. That's my suggestion anyway.

	Since Outcast is in hardback, and the first of a 9 book series, we had discussed waiting until all the book were available, that way we could read them straight through in 9 months. We did that for the New Jedi Order and Legacy and it worked pretty well. However, if the group want to start Fate of the Jedi, that is fine with me. We also could read one of the old books. We could finish the X-Wing series, or pick up one of the others, like Children of the Jedi or Crystal Star. The best place to discuss this might at the September meeting. Kevin, if you can't make it I'll pitch your idea.

	I will be knee deep in trial preparation so I won't be able to make the Sept. meeting. I hate working weekends but that is usually the only time witnesses can get with me. Sure, if you could pitch my idea I would appreciate it Laura.

	If I recall correctly, the consensus from the crew at B&N last Saturday was to stick with Death Troopers for next month.
