Outlanders' Haven Meeting Information

Everyone is welcome to attend any of our meetings!
Meeting are held the 2nd Saturday of each month at the Meadowbrook Mall food court at 7 PM EST. Usually a thread is started every month for that month's meeting. If the location or time of the meeting is changed for any reason, that information will be within that meeting's thread.
Online (Internet) meetings are possible as an alternative (weather, distance, etc.). Online meetings use software called Ventrilo. Please PM Darth_Raptor for Ventrilo server information. Online meetings are held on an as-needed basis.

What about people who can't use a mic?
I rarely can find a ride to the mettings at medowbrook. Thus why I have mostly quit posting here. But I also don't have a mic.
So, does someone like me still get the shaft on attending mettings?

Some members may be able to offer rides to meetings, just ask in that meeting's thread. Only thing we have to do is if someone is under the age of 18, the person who is willing to give them a ride needs to meet with/talk with the parents first.
You can pick up a mic at WalMart for $9 or a set of headphones with a mic for around $20. Ventrilo also supports chat.
For those that can't make a meeting or an online meeting we post the meeting minutes here in the forum so everyone can be informed and still leave comments.
We are trying hard to make sure everyone can get to the information. I think we are taking very reasonable steps to this end.

I'll keep that in mind. About Walmart that is.
But seeing as I never get to go to Walamrt. It might be a bit tricky.
