I mean c'mon, I don't think she was really wiling and all. It'd be wierd if she refused altogether an they knocked her out and some lucky alien forced the bikini on her.

Maybe they threathened her with killing Han and Chewbacca? I think she would do it to save her friends, she also knew that Luke would eventually come and free them all so she might aswell go along and avoid being killed.

Leia jumped at the chance to wear the Gold Bikinni... She's Fashion Oriented, and doesn't mind showing some skin as long as the fate of the Galaxy is at state... Besides, she new full well that Jabba wasn't going to get "any", therefore she could tease to her hearts content without fear of repercussions.

They probably offered her a 1 peice bathing suit, but knowing that Han was around she took out the Gold Bikini from her bag, she never goes anywhere without it
