It's got a great sense of realism: ala ANH. Great story arc as well. Of course, I've been doing the DVD' consecutively, so they work really well. If I had to tough out an hour a week of the episodes, I'd probably have given up on the series. It's high stress with little payload, when watching that way.

High payload when watching the series at once. wink

P.S. - Yeah, that Batman game looks fantastic!

I watched... what was it... the pilot mini? I have no idea, but it annoyed me. The first time I made the mistake of admitting that, people just went "it gets better". I hate that. Why can't things start out good. Lost and Terminator:SCC kicked ass in the first 10 to 15 minutes, along with pretty much everything else I watch. If something can't hook me within 3, 4, 5 episodes... what's the bloody point?
Heroes had a very slow start, too, but got very interesting very quickly. It only took a hit when the writers went on strike.

Can't think of any other ongoing-story shows I watch.

I was just looking through the CT Trivia thread a few minutes ago. Glad to see it's still going strong. Can't believe it's already at 56 games.

I adapt to new users pretty well - I've often thought some must have been around much longer once I find out they weren't.

I do miss some people, though. Not you, though tongue I got here right when you left, I think ...

It's nice being back RJ. I can see some of the users haven't changed a bit.

I'm sure my user notes and those of some of the people on my WUL will attest that it hasn't always been an easy road here.


BTW, can one of you guys tell me why I get $username$ when I look up some names. I get this when I try to look up one of my socks that's still in my WUL. I also got it for DarthSapient.

Not sure why one of my socks would be banned, but you seem to be correct. There are a couple people on my WUL who are permabanned and I got the same thing when I tried to look at their profile.

I'm assuming DS asked to be banned before he left the JC.
