	I'm comfortable just as long as Vader's death scene goes unchanged, which it seems it will. Why else would Lucas go through the trouble of removing Shaw's eyebrows and recoloring his eyes to match Hayden's if he was just going to replace him with Christensen? If anything, the Hayden ghost change seemed to prove to me that he would keep the Shaw death scene the way it is, seeing as he went to great lengths to explain why the younger one replaces the older as a spirit. Anyway... past tense dows not make a wish list true. And that Qui-Gon/Obi-Wan communication scene for ANH is just plain wrong. Alec Guiness is dead. There's no need to do the scene and it would be ridiculously executed. Besides, if you're paying attention to ep III spoilers, you'd know that Obi-Wan isn't the one who'd be able to talk to Qui-Gon. 	Solidus Those are his personal preferences, things he would like to see. Calm down...he's not forcing GL to do this and then forcing you to watch them. These are things he would like to see. I've got things I would like to see and I'm sure you've got things you would like to see. It's called an opinion...let him have his own. 	Lightsabers Lukes stump. It curls up around the pole while he's hanging from cloud city, like the bone inside is made of rubber. Not hard to fix, and it would 'help' the film. Emperor's slugs gotta go Insert more shots of leia in the bikini. I seriously believe this will make the story better. Ewoks... ooh Ewoks, love you little guys. Seriously just one shot of some millions of Ewoks popping up all over the forest, I mean MILLIONS of tiny little guys with spears that the Empire didn't see coming right under their noses would make things better in my mind. Just an opinion, not trying to change your beloved films like GL will. And whether you like it or not, the PT most likely will get some tweaks here or there... 	O.k., really - not meaning to go totally Johnny Storm on all your asses. Sorry. But check it out. None of us are George Lucas. None of us made Star Wars, and I seriously doubt that any of us could improve on what he's done. It's just not needed. I cringe everytime I think about more changes being made, and I would cry and stop watching the movies if he acquiesces and makes a CGI Boba Fett climb out of the Sarlaac, or makes Obi-Wan talk to Qui-Gon, or shows Palpatine dissolve the Senate, or if he does something else to really CHANGE the story that's already been told. Really, I mean he already gave fans what they wanted with the Prequel Trilogy. More lightsaber fights, Yoda himself fighting, the origin of Darth Vader, and more Boba Fett (in the form of Jango). He's done a damn fine job incorporating all of these elements into the PT while pulling both trilogies together and he doesn't need to change the OT for the sake of continuity. Since he made Greedo shoot first and that's not gonna change (but he did realize what a mis-step it was and removed Luke's pussy scream in ESB, YES!), all that I can ask is for the matte lines and lightsabers to be cleaned up and I'll be a very happy Star Wars camper. Although there have been those rumors of Jimmy Smits filming a reaction shot to Alderaan going "pop". This makes sense assuming that we know he adopts Leia at some point before the end of Ep3. But I'd still personally be more than happy with no more scene changes or instertations at all. "Insert more shots of leia in the bikini. I seriously believe this will make the story better." That's not fair, how can you NOT want to see more Leia-n-chains?!?! Although I seriously doubt how serious your assertion is. -----signature----- Palpatine toyed with Windu.

I see your point but he also went through the trouble of adding in that Jabba scene in ANH with a CG Jabba in the SE - only to go back later in the DVD's and completely re-do Jabba again. So it is conceivable that Shaw could still be removed in the death scene. -----signature----- You just watch yourself. I'm a wanted man... I have the DEATH SENTENCE on twelve SW messageboards.

	I agree with Dirty-Darth about Solidus. This whole post is a fan boy kinda wish list thing. I'm not saying everything on JediMasterMan's list, or on other people's lists...or even stuff from my own list SHOULD ABSOLUTELY BE DONE. It's just something to talk about and its fun to kick around ideas for potential changes. In fact I kinda see where JediMasterMan was going with his idea to have a reaction shot of Yoda. My only issue is the placement of the Yoda shot in AnH. If it IS a reaction shot to Obi-1's death that is appropriate...but where can it go without screwing with the story??? And wont it seem odd to have Yoda there for only 5 seconds then never again in the movie? Thats why I'm still sticking to just leaving Yoda out of ANH - as much as I'd love to see him in there somewhere. One place I can think of to possibly add a Yoda scene though is at the very end of ANH just after Luke returns from blowing up the DS. Maybe something simple like Yoda meditating upon recent events - then perhaps a Vader/Emperor Coruscant scene - then the reward ceremony? The added planet celebrations at the end of ROTJ worked because the newer scenes were at the conclusion of the movie when the main storyline was COMPLETE. None of the added shots interfered with the story or flow of the film as we PREVIOUSLY knew it. So perhaps the same principle would work for a Yoda shot & a new Emperor/Vader shot at the conclusion of ANH. So it is conceivable that Shaw could still be removed in the death scene. See, that comparison doesn't exactly work. Jabba in the SE was the first time he'd been in ANH. Sebastian Shaw in ROTJ was the first time he'd been in ROTJ, and went unchanged for the SE. By the time they were tweaked for the DVDs, they'd both been tweaked from their original release versions for the first time, putting them both on the same level. Besides, Jabba wasn't completely redone: the model was improved, the colors were cued to look properly in the context of the grainy 70's film stock of ANH, the animations tweaked, but in the long run it's still the same Jabba. Just like with ROTJ, even with his eye recoloration and Scorsese-brows shorn, Shaw is still the same Shaw. There's no reason to think he'll be replaced for a newer release. Hell, when Lucas inserted Hayden as the ghost of Anakin, Christensen didn't even know what was up until he'd watched the DVD himself. If that's the level of involvement Lucas deemed necessary for Hayden's participation in that scene, how the heck is he gonna get him to play the part of a dying Anakin without knowing it? Sorry if this is persnickety or anything. 	Did it ever occur to you people that maybe we are led to believe Yoda dies in ROTS? Just thought I throw that in. But the scene I hope they fix in when Luke finds out Vadar is his dad and he falls and somehow just happens to fall right into the little tube. It would be cool if Luke was falling strat down and forcepushed the wall in the oppisite direction of the tube. 	Something that I really think needs to be fixed is the whole Tatoonie part of ROTJ, I always disliked it but the SE made it worst. That stupid singer pisses me off and the new monster hole thing was better before. It was a lot scarier when you dont no what happens to them rather them being killed instantly.
