Ok, this is a take on a game that is running in the AOTC Forum.It works like this. I will ask a simple question about the OT. You then answer my question in a funny or sarcastic manner and then ask a question of your own. The next person to post will answer YOUR question and then ask a question of THIER own. I will go first.

What if Luke and Obi-wan really HAD decided to buy their own ship?

And Princess Leia would have been killed. Then Luke would not have access to an X-Wing at the end of ANH and the Death Star would have never been destroyed (till RotJ, anyway), should Skywalker ever even join the Rebellion as a pilot.

Then other things may have happened involving Luke and Leia...maybe. If not, then Luke may not have become enraged at the thought of her dying to Vader in ROTJ.

What if Vader hadn't altered the deal with Lando?

Not much. We'd still have a Han Soloish character, just with a different name.
