It's an original Ralph McQuarie painting. It was concept art for "Imperial City". I have it in The Art of Star Wars book that I have.

Is it true that Lucas called the Galactic capital Hal Abaddon or something, and he was forced to change the name to Coruscant due to the EU?

In the original draft of Episode VI, Imperial City was called Had Abaddon. However, he was not forced to do anything because of the EU because he does not have to follow the EU. Timothy Zahn coined the name Coruscant for the Thrawn Trilogy and Lucas liked it so he used it in the Prequel Trilogy.

What episode is it from, or did Ralph just feel like painting that picture?

There were a lot of concept paintings down for Imperial City, as it was originally going to be in ROTJ.

The duel between Vader, Luke and the Emperor was going to take place on Coruscant but this was moved to the Death Star II has the story took shape.

When ANH was released in 1977, were the lightsabers colored? Because in the trailers for the original film, they're white, no color at all.

They were colored in the film. They just needed to get a trailer out quickly, because the studio was getting pretty annoyed at Lucas for all the setbacks, so they just didn't color them in the trailer.

Apart from the single scene where someone forgot to colour Vaders saber, yes the sabers were colour. When the trailers were made the final effects hadn't been put in yet. However, the sabers were much less colourful/bright as they are now in the re-realses and PT.

What exactly is being said right before the A-Wing hits the star destroyer in ROTJ? He spoke too fast.

Adm. Piett -- Intensify the forward batteries, I don't want anything to get through (cuts to Crynyd in the A-wing, screaming); Intensify forward firepower!

I have one. After the battle of Hoth, who in the imperial navy went after the remaining rebels and what were the results?

Immediately after the Battle of Hoth, Vader and the Executor goes after Luke and Co as you see in ESB. The only other time I know of were Imperials go directly for the Rebels was in the book Shadows of the Empire where an Imperial Fleet hits a Rebel Starfighter repair base (Ver... something Asteroids?).

I think the Imperials changed tactics from search and destroy when the Emperor set up his trap at Endor.
