	This has actually changed for me as I've gotten older, so I guess I'll just run through it as it happened. Originally, I preferred RotJ. I was too young to really be too concerned about the Ewoks, and I loved (And still love) the scenes in the Emperor's throne room, especially the scene where Vader destroys the Emperor. Not to mention that I thought the fight on Jabba's sail barge was great. Around the time the special editions came out in theaters ('97?) I began to prefer ANH. I was big into film soundtracks (Okay, I still am, bad excuse), and it had some of my favorite musical cues of all time. I continued to like this version the most for a long while, because I found Luke's desire to make his way in the galaxy instead of just staying at home fairly poignant. For the past five years or so, though, it's been all about Empire. I enjoy the pacing and character development, not to mention the slow build up towards the revelation that Darth Vader is Luke's father. Plus, my favorite character, Captain/Admiral Piett, was introduced in it, which is worth noting right there. -----signature----- "Six bullets. 	A New Hope definetly. The Empire Strikes Back was too much of a love story and return of the Jedi was too cheesey with Han saying "Hey, its me!" -----signature----- Back? There is no back! There is only forward!

	Star Wars aka A New Hope. ANH is a film for anybody overall. Any kid, teenager, adult or elder can sit there and like it. ESB is too serious and dark for kids, and the too much plot for the relationship between Leia and Han. 	I've always liked Return of the Jedi best. The Luke/Vader/Palpatine confrontation is perfect, as is the entire beginning (Despite most people saying it goes on too long). The Empire Strikes Back is usually considered the "best", and it probably is, in terms of acting and character development. But I've always found myself either popping in A New Hope or Return of the Jedi, rarely ESB, if I have a desire to watch just one film.
