I thought I might post my ESB and ROTJ wishlists, since this thread is kinda dead at the moment. I'll leave at ANH for now (too extensive). I don't really have that much knew to come up with, but I'll post it anyway. Hopefully, there's something original in there.
The Empire Strikes Back
- Fix all lightsabers effects
- Remove all matte lines
- Add the scene with Vader and Sate Pestage, if it was filmed
- Darken the Emperor’s hologram to obscure most of his face and rescore his lines to show actual emotion
- Restore Boba Fett’s original voice
- Restore the ”bring my shuttle” line
- Delete the new fotage of Vader arriving on the Executor
Return of the Jedi
- Fix all lightsabers effects
- Remove all matte lines
- Fix all imperial rank badges
- Remove Jedi Rocks
- Restore the sand storm scene
- Cut some lines from the cockpit scene that also appear in the sand storm scene
- Remove the Emperor’s slugs
- Re-film some of the battle of Endor: cut the silliest things, add shots of many more ewoks getting blasted by the imperials
- Maybe re-film Vader falling down as he gets his hand cut off
- Improve the Executor’s destruction as it collides with the second Death Star
- Bring back Sebastian Shaw as the ghost of Anakin

Quick list:
Less stupid clumsy stormtroopers
Less stormtroopers getting owned
Better Blaster Lightsaber FX.
Remove frames where SSD is knocked out by a small one man fighter.
More Ewok's getting killed
Ewoks arrows do nothing

The only changes I hope to see are #$%&-ups which happened in the 2004 release (sabers, etc).

yeah, if jake lloyd is vader from the off, then it don't jar does it? It only gets confusing when sebastian appears and looks nothing like what we're expected to believe ankain looks like. Rubbish, the whole PT, just Rubbish.

I'm not sure if these have been mentioned or not but I'm not going through 100+ pages to see if it has lol.
ANH:
Vader's Lenses need to be darkened. In most of the shots you can see Prowse's eyes.
Vader's voice needs to be deepened and more synthesized like the other movies.
The Lightsabers in this movie are still very low quality compared to the others.
ESB: Good as is
RotJ: Add Qui-Gon to the end, I saw a fan video on youtube where they added him and it was great. Also, shouldn't Anakin be wearing his own Jedi robes for this part seeing as he NEVER wore the ones he is in...

Boba's voice makes more sense as it is now, he is a clone of Jango after all so why shouldn't he have the same voice?
Hayden is the one who should be at the end of the movie, he is more recognizable and it simply makes sense for him to be there.
