Why did Vader believe that Luke needed to be carbon frozen?
Did he think Luke would to dangerous to be able to move?
He had no previous face to face experiences with him were he saw his ability and how does he know he was trained by Obi Wan.
and how does he already know how Luke can defeat him.....In ESB he says something on the lines of "only through ur hatred can u defeat me".....which in some ways is correct because in ROTJ when Luke taps into the Darkside he defeats Vader
any thoughts?
GK edit: Please check the Index before starting a new thread. There are several where this can be discussed.

'Why did Vader believe that Luke needed to be carbon frozen?'
For safe transport to teh Emperor.
'Did he think Luke would to dangerous to be able to move?'
Yup.
'He had no previous face to face experiences with him were he saw his ability and how does he know he was trained by Obi Wan'
He saw Luke with Ob1 on the DeathStar, also one would think the Rebels advertised they have a new Jedi on their side.

As for Mara's non-aging, she's obviously bathing in the blood of Mandalorian virgins every night.
