Agreed, this scene just needs no words with that amazing score going on during that last part of the Luke-Vader duel applause

ANH: Definitely the sunset; Obi-Wan reveals himself, especially if you just watched ROTS before; Death Star trench run

ESB: Hoth Battle; Luke vs Vader; Han in carbonite

ROTJ: Skirmish at Sarlacc; Emperor's arrival; Vader vs Luke; Final Duel; Palpatine's Death; Vader's Death; Death Star Core Strike; Funeral Pyre and Celebration Theme.
